The staff is tired or hearing my voice. They require written approval for standard procedures that are not mandatory for written approval. It's been one month now and my insurance company tells me the request was never sent. My dentist doesn't care that I'm in pain for a month under his "care" and the staff is tired of hearing my voice. Terrible, horrible experience. No business should run this way let alone a medical business. I now realize the only option is to retrieve all of my records from these heartless animals and find a dentist that actually cares. Thanks for wasting a month of my medical coverage for nothing.

TERRIBLE PLACE. HAD UPPER IMPANTS DONE THERE AND THE RESULTS WERE HORRIBLE. SPENT ALOT OF MONEY GETTING THEM FIXED SOMEWHERE ELSE!
